Introduction

SME Industrial Park India Private Limited and SME Chamber of India has initiated “SME Industrial Parks of India (SIPI)” to provide various support services & assistance to develop & construct industrial premises, ready-made manufacturing & plug & play units with advanced industrial amenities, set up high-tech industrial parks, special SME economic zones, logistic Parks, Warehouses, Cold Storages, Dry Ports, packaging and grading facility centres for Indian and foreign SMEs & manufacturing industries in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, MP, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Orissa and Goa.

SME Industrial Parks of India has taken initiatives to accomplish the dream project of the Hon’ble Prime Minister to encourage SMEs & allied industries to expand manufacturing activities to make India as a “manufacturing hub of the world” and achieve 5 trillion dollars economy as well as march towards “Viksit Bharat”. SIPI will also involve to develop industrial parks in & around 100 industrial parks, announced by the Government in the recent budget as well as developing industrial zones on the industrial corridors from Delhi -Mumbai & Mumbai-Bangalore-Chennai. The Chamber has also supported approximately 800 enterprises to set up their own manufacturing units in various parts of India. The Chamber has established alliance with leading financial institutions to provide 90% project finance to viable proposals from SMEs & manufacturing industries.

SIPI established business co-operation & partnership with the land owners to develop and construct the industrial premises & zones to provide end-to-end solutions to interested enterprises with single point approvals, permissions, permits, licenses and to avail various incentives & benefits of government schemes as well as identify industrial land, construct & develop manufacturing or service units without any hurdles and delay and providing advanced & affordable development & construction facilities with supply of steel, cement, construction materials, hardware, industrial equipments, furniture, electrical & facilities related to effluent plants, environment protection, ESG compliance, air-conditioning, heating & chilling, warehouse management, ventilations, advanced fire safety equipments, drainage, water supply & other services for setting up manufacturing or business units to initiate operations timely to save time & money as well as avoiding running from pillar-to-post of entrepreneurs for various approvals & permissions.

SIPI is having cordial relations & good offices with Industrial Development Corporations of State Governments, Ministry of Industries, DPIIT, INVEST INDIA, foreign Embassies in India, corporates, MNCs, financial institutions & various government departments to execute single point approvals for setting up various business units. We have also been receiving various inquiries & requests from the foreign companies & Indian mid - sized & corporates to establish business co-operation with Indian SMEs for contract manufacturing, joint ventures, technology transfers, distribution & marketing as well as strategic alliance for buy-back & production for export & import facilitation.
